The quotation experience with Gary was very pleasant, he wasn’t ‘pushy’ in any way. He listened to what we wanted and, having given us the quote, was quite happy to leave it with us so we could take our time and think about it and come to a decision.

Hayden did a really lovely job on both the living room carpet and our precious leather sofas and footstool. We were very impressed with the way he worked and were grateful that he took time to explain in detail the processes he was going to use. He was an absolute professional and we felt very comfortable that he knew what he was doing.
