I am extremely pleased with your service. The collection and return were on time and the rugs were very well cleaned indeed, in fact better than I expected as the fringes on one were discoloured due to soot and I know this is difficult to remove.

Our rug was only four weeks old and having spent most of that first four weeks keeping the children out of the room, it was in fact me who managed to spill coffee all over it! we really did think it was ruined. From the moment we contacted your lovely staff the whole process of getting the job booked in , the rug collected, cleaned, and returned was effortless.
