Our rug was only four weeks old and having spent most of that first four weeks keeping the children out of the room, it was in fact me who managed to spill coffee all over it! we really did think it was ruined. From the moment we contacted your lovely staff the whole process of getting the job booked in , the rug collected, cleaned, and returned was effortless.
