We were called by the client as her dog who was unwell had got into the dining room and without the client realising had messed on the carpet. As you can see by the photo above, the client did there best by scraping up the solids and blotting with water to remove as much of the staining as possible, however there was still some very bad staining left.
As well as the staining we also had to consider the health issues, to both ourselves while working on the area and the client was we had completed the work.
The appropriate solutions were applied to the staining and left to dwell while we started to clean the rest of the dining room carpet, which the client had asked us to do while we were there, the stained area was then rinsed out and retreated to continue the removal process while being careful not to further damage the area.
This photo shows the final result, as you can imagine the customer was over the moon with the result.
