Your exceptional standard of work is hugely appreciated

Our rug was only four weeks old and having spent most of that first four weeks keeping the children out of the room, it was in fact me who managed to spill coffee all over it! we really did think it was ruined. From the moment we contacted your lovely staff the whole process of getting the job booked in , the rug collected, cleaned, and returned was effortless.

The rug has been returned as good as new and we could not be happier with the service from five star. Dealing with your lovely, professional staff, was always a good experience and your exceptional standard of work is hugely appreciated. We would highly recommend your service.

I never thought they'd get the stain out but they did!

It's nice to deal with a proper family business. Everyone I've dealt with in the company is extremely courteous and professional. I signed up to the maintenance programme which is great value and gives me peace of mind. I use one of my bedrooms as a dressing room - cream carpet and make-up don't make a good mix! I never thought they'd get the stains out but they did. I wouldn't use anyone else and would recommend Five Star.
